About Us
This is my seventh
year living full time in the Aude, Languedoc. I have 20
years experience in sales and marketing for
international luxury products in the USA, the UK and
South Africa and 2 years previously living in France.
I decided to totally change my life and move to my
holiday home in France - best thing I ever did. I
taught myself to create web sites ( thanks Mac OS X! )
as I needed them for my businesses. As a result have
designed many for clients.
Using my sales and marketing background, I slotted
comfortably into property sales in the Aude, Languedoc.
I specialise in the pretty and rural villages that are
to be found along the Canal du Midi - north/north west
and north east of Narbonne within a 35 km radius- much
sought after region as we Estate Agents like to say!
In the years I have been in business, I am always asked
very similar questions by Anglophones who visit
the agency
in St
Marcel. That was my motivation to create this web
site to share my responses with all potential
property buyers in the Aude, Languedoc.
Read, digest, ask questions and hopefully feel more
confident to dip the big toe into buying property in
the Aude, Languedoc.
Many people have done it before you and succeeded -
some have been too stubborn to learn from others!
